MJD Projects is a design-led renovation studio based in Perth. We specialise in renovations only. That means Federation and heritage home restorations, full interior transformations, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, alterations, and large-scale additions. We specialise in home renovations.

Led by registered builder Marcus, with over 20 years of experience across Perth, our studio manages design, drafting, and construction in-house. One team, from concept through to completion.

Most renovation builders do not carry this kind of specific knowledge.

Your drafter, designer, and builder are the same team. Plans are drawn to be built. That keeps costs accurate and avoids the coordination problems that come from using separate firms.
