about the project

From the moment you step inside, the home reflects the hallmarks of our design-led approach: soaring ceilings, elegant cornicing, and restored period detailing balanced with a curated palette of contemporary furnishings, textures and materials.

The main living spaces have been carefully reimagined to feel open, inviting and effortlessly sophisticated. Crisp white walls and restored heritage skirting provide a classic backdrop for the soft, neutral furnishings and bespoke styling. The large lounge room centres around a low-profile modular sofa, paired with sculptural tables and warm accent pieces that create a calm, luxurious atmosphere.

Thoughtfully placed mirrors enhance the heritage architecture, subtly drawing the eye through the original hallway and into the adjoining living zones. Timber flooring grounds the space with warmth and authenticity, paying homage to the home’s history while delivering durability and modern comfort.

Further into the home, the secondary living area embraces a more contemporary tone with a striking black feature wall and integrated fireplace. This bold design moment anchors the space, demonstrating how modern interventions can coexist beautifully within a character-rich envelope. Soft, rounded furniture and natural textures keep the room feeling light, calming and inviting.

Every detail — from the refined colour palette to the natural light that flows through the elongated sightlines — reflects our core commitment: to honour the heritage bones of the home while elevating its functionality and liveability for today’s lifestyle.
